By accessing or using MMOP (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MMOP is a mod manager and collaboration platform that helps users discover, organize, and manage game modpacks, including integrations with third-party services such as CurseForge and optional OAuth providers.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, without limitation, attempting unauthorized access, interfering with Service operation, violating applicable laws, or uploading/distributing content you do not have rights to use.
5. Mod Content and Third-Party Services
- Mods and related assets may be provided by third parties and remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
- Use of external services (for example, CurseForge, GitHub OAuth, Google OAuth) is also subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies.
- MMOP does not claim ownership of third-party content.
6. Intellectual Property
The MMOP software, branding, and original content are owned by the project owner and contributors, except where third-party rights apply.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms or to protect the Service, users, or third parties.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMOP and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
